Support Requests

Requests route directly to the Bastion One engineering team. Include your environment, platform and any agent identifiers — the more precise the request, the faster the resolution.

Critical issues are triaged first
You receive a reply from a named engineer
Attach error logs in the Log Analysis section

Request received. Your ticket has been routed to the engineering team — you will hear back at the email you provided.

The portal mailer is briefly unavailable. Please email your request to astahl@stahl-ai.com and copy jon@hoscheit.com — same team, same queue.

04 · LOG ANALYSIS

Upload Error Logs

Submit error logs and traces for engineering review. Every upload is receipt-logged on arrival — you get a confirmed chain of custody for the artifact.

Accepted: .log, .txt, .json, .har, .zip, .gz
Up to 15 MB per upload
Strip credentials and secrets before submitting

UPLOADS REQUIRE AN AUTHENTICATED SESSION

Log received and receipt-logged. The engineering team will review it and follow up at your email.

Direct upload is unavailable right now (it requires a signed-in session). Please email the file to astahl@stahl-ai.com and copy jon@hoscheit.com.
